My Dad was a French Gourmet Chef
Updated: Nov 7, 2020
My Dad was a French Chef whose Passion was giving people wonderful Experiences. Part of Dad's brilliance was understanding that some people love uniquely crafted creations and exotic foods, and some people enjoy the common and more familiar.
As a Gourmet Chef Dad was never offended by anyone being hesitant or not willing to try his creations and he never let that spoil anyone's experience or the mood. In fact, I think he took it as a challenge to make sure the pickiest eaters had a great meal and experience too.
I know, because I was that Picky Eater. And Dad always created something for me that he knew I would eat and enjoy and make me feel like I was a part of the special meal. And I want to deliver that same wonderful experience (and Memories) to all of you. So, on our menus we have created a few dishes that are a "unique seafood experience" like Bacon Wrapped Sea Scallops, Lobster Tacos and Whole Belly Clams and a few things like Spaghetti and Meatballs, Fried Chicken Bites or the Boston Burger made with great flavors while still being common and familiar.
At Boston Commons we believe Gathering for dinner or drinks should be an experience for everyone. Never a hassle, never a compromise, and no one should have to sacrifice eating things they enjoy in order for others to try something new. Don't get me wrong we love trying the latest creations by some of Nashville's best Chefs, (it's something my Dad really enjoyed doing) But sometimes its nice to Relax knowing that everyone can EAT. DRINK. & GATHER and enjoy a few familiar OPTION too.
If this sounds good to you, or maybe you have a couple of Picky eaters in your family or group, we would consider it an honor if you would give us a chance to serve you.
Sincerely
Matt Charette
